Therefore, our policy strives for comprehensiveness, fairness, and full respect for the artwork and its collectors.


1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before preparation or dispatch begins.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Once the preparation or shipping process has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.


2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in limited circumstances, including:

  • The artwork arrives damaged during transit
  • An incorrect item has been delivered
  • The item received differs significantly from its description

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Subtle variations inherent in handmade craftsmanship
  • Natural differences in material, texture, color, or form
  • Items that have been used, displayed, or altered
  • Custom or commissioned works (if applicable)

Each piece carries its own natural uniqueness, which is considered part of its artistic identity.


3. Request Timeline

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the piece.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

For all return or refund requests:

  • We may request photographs or short video documentation
  • Each case will be reviewed individually with care and attention
  • In certain cases, the item may need to be returned for inspection

In other cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the collector.
